Karsten Busck has taken the position of CEO for Userneeds. Karsten has extensive international experience, most recently from a position as Scandinavian Marketing Director at Lyreco. Thus Karsten is optimally equipped to lead the exciting journey Userneeds will be taking in the coming years.
ESOMAR 26 now available (04.30.09)

Userneeds is specialized in conducting online research through consumer interviews.
We experienced a huge growth in demand throughout 2008, bringing the company past a sought for milestone: In 2008 we have concluded more than 1 mio. Interviews online across the 4 Nordic countries, and we are looking forward to growing this number in 2009.
Successful Nordic expansion (01.13.09)
In 2008 Userneeds set out to establish the largest consumer panel in the Nordic region.
We are proud and happy to announce that the project has been a success. With more than 300.000 panelists in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland, Userneeds is now the owner of the truly largest consumer panel in the Nordic countries.
Userneeds goes local in Finland (09.30.08)
As part of our co-operation with SBS Broadcasting Networks Limited, Userneeds have made investigations on user satisfaction on 6 local Finnish radio stations' websites. It is a very exciting project, as we learn a lot about the Finnish population, and SBS learns a lot about their websites' strengths and weakmesses.

Familjeliv Media co-operates with Userneeds in Sweden. Userneeds has been asked to consult on how to improve two of the corporations most popular websites.
In first stage of the investigation, we will find out who visits the websites, and how they evaluate the websites in terms of user friendliness and graphical liking.
Later we will perform more in depth investigations on the users' needs for conten on the two websites.Userneeds studies world-renowned brands (08.18.08)
Reckitt Benckiser is one of the world's leading manufacturers of cleaning detergents and lozenges, including products such as Strepsil, Cilit Bang and Vanish. The company has selected Userneeds to conduct a study of how the many well-known brands are performing on the Nordic markets.
Naturally, we at Userneeds look forward to this exciting cooperation with Reckitt Benckiser.
Bolia and Userneeds enter into partnership (08.18.08)
The furniture chain Bolia is a fast-growing company that focuses on online sales of its products. Therefore, Userneeds and Bolia have entered into a partnership in which Userneeds will regularly conduct user surveys on the company's Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and German websites.
The studies will show whether customers are satisfied with Bolia's websites.
